BoksheideBuiten offers its guests space and privacy in 3 cottages set in 2 hectares of the beautiful Kempense countryside. The cottages are built with reclaimed locally sourced natural materials, and have touches, and the atmosphere is one of comfort, peace, space and nature. 3 are unique in atmosphere, appearance, interior and of course are equipped with all comforts. Cornflower Cottage and the Poppy Cottage have a dining table and a sitting area on the ground floor which can also be used as a sleeping place (sofa bed). All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, a fixed internet connection, wifi and interactive TV for free. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and bathroom with a sink and walk-in rain shower. Upstairs the bedroom has coffee and tea facilities, and you will find one luxurious double box spring, the possibility of a folding bed, and two single box springs. Barn Cottage is set up as a sleeping loft, with eight luxury single beds. All cottages have a spacious terrace with sturdy outdoor furniture. BoksheideBuiten has its own driveway and a fenced private car park.

Your cottage is surrounded by a naturally landscaped garden, where you can relax amongst poppies, broom and blackberry.
Walking & Cycling
Walking, cycling, or mountain biking, BoksheideBuiten connects directly to rural and off-road cycle routes to suit all levels. Kempen paths mean you can enjoy the wonderful local area, as well as explore far into Belgium.
Stable your own horse next to your cottage at BoksheideBuiten. Saddle up and ride toward cosy inns or picnic places, through fen and heath land dotted with shallow pools, and along the almost endless bridleways that the Kempen is rich in.
BoksheideBuiten is an excellent base for a quick ride round the neighbourhood, or an extended tour of the region. For off-road bikers there are many freely accessible sandy trails offering plenty of possibilities. Routes are available and can be planned.

Eersel, like Bladel and Bergeijk, has a cosy market with some special shops. Eindhoven (±30 min.), with its former Philips factory site Strijp S, is highly recommended. The fresh market and goodmarket are hip. Shopping in Belgium? In ± 60 min. you are in the centre of Hasselt or Antwerp
Festival-goers will find their heart’s content in the vicinity of Eersel. Dominator, The Flying Dutch, Lakedance and Paperclip are internationally known. The Barn Cottage offers a perfect base for groups of friends for these and other festivities such as ‘Abunai’ in Veldhoven.
Food & Drink
The Eersel market is filled with cosy terraces from spring to autumn. There is something for everyone, from pancakes to culinary pampering. Near BoksheideBuiten you will find special places such as ‘De Keizer’, ‘Herberg in het Wilde Zwijn’ and the abbeys of ‘Postel’ and ‘Achel’. Also in the nearby villages there are plenty of good restaurants to be found.
Famous museums are the ‘Van Abbe’ in Eindhoven, ‘De Pont’ and the ‘Textiel’ museum in Tilburg. Other smaller well-known museums are ‘Het Vincentre’ in Nuenen and the ‘Bakkerij de Kempen’ museum in Luyksgestel and Eersel. Definitely worth a visit are ‘De Tinteltuin’ in Eersel and the ‘Kaasboerderij’ in Bladel.
