⭐️ At the beginning and end of the team coaching you take a group photo, one or two group members position the group for a photo, really such a tourist picture with the horse there.

⭐️ In groups of 2, you choose a horse of your 1st preference, you assign this horse 2 characteristics and you explain why you are so attracted to the animal, you make contact with the chosen animal without touching it, you coach each other.
Don’t let happiness fall out of the horseshoe.
⭐️ Cooperation and getting to know each other’s qualities are central to this exercise, the participants stand around the horse, at the front the circle remains open, grab each other’s hand and so you form a horseshoe in which the horse is ‘the luck’, move together with the horse from one side of the arena to the other.
Find a spot in the outdoor arena/round pen and draw a line around yourself in the sand.
