Practical information

We try to make your stay is as pleasant as possible, so we would like to point out some practical matters.

Cancellation conditions

We advise you to take out a good cancellation insurance.

In case of cancellation of a non-refundable booking, the full amount is refundable if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking. The written cancellation is leading. In all other cases, a refund is not possible, you will have to pay the full amount immediately.

In case of a standard rate reservation, the full amount is refundable if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking. The written cancellation is leading. If the cancellation takes place after 48 hours up to 10 days before the reservation date, 80% of the total rent is refundable. If cancelled within 10 days before the reservation date, the full amount of the reservation is due. When cancelling this reservation 50% of the total amount is due immediately. The remaining amount must be paid into our bank account no later than 14 days before your arrival.

Arrival & departure

I will be available by phone from 15:45 on 0031 (0)6 229 137 27. You can check in from 16:00 and check out on the day of departure until 10:00. Call me 15 minutes before arrival so that I can be there at the same time as you and give you the key and remote control.

Call me 15 minutes before check-out then I will be on the spot to give you the key and the remote control of the gate. Together with the main booker I make a check round through the Cottage.

Although we make sure that every guest arrives in a clean cottage, we still want to ask you to leave your cottage clean and to check for forgotten items.return if everything is in order.

Airconditioning

If you use the air conditioning, close doors and windows for optimum performance. Never set the air conditioning 5 degrees lower than the outside temperature, there is a great risk of the unit freezing.

When leaving the Cottage, turn off the air conditioning!

Deposit

You are responsible for any damage or loss in the cottage caused by you or your fellow travellers during your stay.

Minor damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit. Please report any damage or loss to the hostess. I

n the unlikely event of damage caused by one of our guests that exceeds € 150 the main booker will be held personally liable.

The deposit will be refunded to you within 3 working days after the final cleaning and inspection of your stay. In case of damage or loss greater than € 150 the hostess will contact you.

Visit

Visitors who come for coffee/tea/limonade can visit you for a fee of € 20 per guest. Visiting hours are from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 15:30. The additional costs are paid at check-in by means of a Rabobank payment request and cannot be deducted from the deposit already paid.
The main booker is required to notify the hostess in advance.

Day/evening guest

A day/evening guest can visit you for a fee of € 30 per guest arrival day from 10.00 o’clock and departure on arrival day at the latest at 22.00 o’clock.

If the day/night guest stays overnight in our accommodations, this must be reported to the hostess before 5.30 p.m. so that bed linen and towels (mandatory) can be provided, for which there is a surcharge of € 50 per guest. The overnight guest must check out no later than 10.00 a.m. the following day.

If the overnight guest wishes to stay longer, the charge of € 30 per guest etc. applies again. The extra costs are paid at check-in by means of a Rabobank payment request and cannot be deducted from the deposit already paid.

The main booker is obliged to inform the hostess of this in advance.

Changing guest

If there is a change of guest, the departing guest must have left the accommodation within 1 hour after the arrival of the changing guest. If both the departing and the arriving guest remain in the accommodation during the day, the daily rate of € 30 per guest will be charged for both.
We must also be given the opportunity to change bed linen and towels before 17:30. This is obligatory in order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding hygiene. For a change of bed linen and towels € 35 per guest will be charged.The extra costs are paid at check-in by means of a Rabobank payment request and cannot be deducted from the deposit already paid.

The main booker is obliged to inform the hostess of this in advance.

Sheets & towels

Bed and bath linen are included in the price.

The bed linen is for the duration of 7 nights, the bath linen is for the duration of 4 – 5 nights. Afterwards it will be changed free of charge. The use of our towels is not allowed outside the accommodations, please bring your own towels.

Coffee & Tea

Your first cup of coffee or tea is on the house, after that you can provide yourself with Nespresso coffee cups. These original Nespresso cups are available at the Plus in Eersel.

The use of wrong cups or imitation cups can block or damage the machine, we request you to use only original Nespresso cups.

Toilet paper

We strive with our accommodations to be as economical as possible with the toilet paper, maximum 3 layers. On the one hand because of the environmentally harmful aspects and on the other hand because of the long sewerage system on our grounds.

Excessive use of toilet paper, more than 3 layers encourages clogging of the system with all its inconveniences.

Pets

It is possible to bring your pet for a fee of € 10 per pet per night, per cottage maximum 2 pets. Your pet must be kept on a leash on the grounds. It goes without saying that you must ensure good hygiene on the grounds; you can dispose of excrement in the rubbish bins present on the premises. To be paid at check-in per Rabobank payment request.

For guests using Booking.com and AirBnB, these costs will be paid upon check-in by a Rabobank payment request, as these costs will not be collected by Booking.com and AirBnB upon booking.

Fire pit

Ordering a basket of wood incl. firelighters before 17.30: € 7,50. This will be delivered to your Cottage..

Smoking

Our Nature cottages are non-smoking, there is a smoke and CO2 detector in every room.

On the terrace is an ashtray tile.

Horses

Some guests use our facilities to stable, pasture or work with their horses. It is strictly forbidden to feed the horses, to walk among them in the stables, paddocks and pastures.

When other guests are staying with their own horses, it is not allowed to sit on their horses, ride them or do any other activity with their horses.

We are only insured if the guest interacts with her ponies and horses under Alexandra’s supervision.

Fireworks

Fireworks are not allowed on our grounds and/or at our accommodations.

WiFi

Each Cottage has WiFi (WLAN), if you want to work with a secure connection use the LAN connection points (not of the TV).
